According to a new Danish study mothers who contracted the flu during pregnancy were at least twice as likely to have a child with autism. If during their third trimester their fever continued for a week or greater, the mother was three times more likely. The study is considered exploratory, and has not made a definitive link between the flu or a high fever and autism. Read More…
